iconv to convert the encoding of a text file. For example, to convert the file fic_source
encoded in UTF8 encoding to ISO_8859-15 and get the result in file
dic_dest encoded in UTF8 encoding to ISO_8859-15 and get the result in file

- iconv-c-f UTF-8-t ISO_8859-15-o fic_source fic_dest For a list of available encodings, enter: iconv-l
